Artworks: All products are subject to availability. We strive for accuracy in descriptions and images, but colors and appearances may vary due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the art.

Authenticity: All artworks are authentic, and certificates of authenticity are provided with each purchase.
Pricing and Payments
Pricing: Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other secure payment methods. Full payment is required before dispatch.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times vary based on the destination.
Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping within the U.S. All art is fully insured during shipping.
International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
Shipping Costs: Shipping quotes are based on the client’s location and the size of the piece.
Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once the order is shipped.
Return Policy
Eligibility: You may return any art within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Contact us at stacey@rosamond.com to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and limited editions are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process: Ship the artwork securely in its original packaging. We will cover shipping costs for valid returns.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
Handling and Care
To avoid damage, please do not open or unroll your art at home. Your framer should handle the artwork with care, using a clean table and gloved hands to prevent smudges and creases.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspection: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items. Photographic evidence may be required.
Copyright Infringement
Unauthorized reproduction or display of our artwork on the internet constitutes copyright infringement. We take such violations seriously and will pursue legal action if necessary.
