TERMS & CONDITIONS: Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other secure payment methods, with full payment required before dispatch.

SHIPPING:  Orders are processed within three business days, and delivery times vary depending on the destination. We offer standard and expedited shipping within the U.S., with all art fully insured during shipping. We also ship to select international destinations, but customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs are determined based on the client's location and the size of the piece, and tracking information will be provided via email once the order is shipped.

RETURNS:  You may return any artwork within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rosamond.com. Custom orders and limited editions are non-returnable unless defective. When returning an item, ensure it is securely packaged in its original packaging. We will cover shipping costs for valid returns, and refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
